My cat was having cluster seizures this past weekend and i needed emergency help for him on Sunday. This clinic advertises 24 hour emergency care on their website and they did not come to help my cat. I posted a comment on the Austin Avenue Veterinary Clinic facebook page the other day calling them out for denying my cat care on sunday. I made it clear that i saw they advertised 24 hour emergency care on their website and that i was appalled that they denied my cat critical care when he needed it most. They deleted the comment off of the page. Didnt answer me or send me a message, no, they deleted the comment. My cat passed away on Tuesday. If he had been able to receive that care on Sunday, he may still be here right now.
