I would say RUN...but do yourself a huge favor and don't even stop here.
1) I literally had to clean the room upon check-in.
2) It is impossible to get towels in this place.
I would honestly say this is the bottom of the barrell when it comes to motels...

This place was garbage it felt like I was in a 3rd world country with the Brownwood police Tahoe was parked out front watching people come in and go out like there was a drug bust going on. When I first pulled up to my room there while unloading my lugged there were couples eyeing me down like a new guy on the block. The citizens of Brownwood literally live there and are really trashy with their shirts off like they were thugs. The room I stayed in appeared to be last updated in the 80's along with the front cover off the a/c unit that was near the door, you could see the a/c coils all smashed up while the room struggled to stay cool. My best advice if you really have to stay in Brownville do it but my advice is go a town over and get a room there because the citizens in that town are really trashy. Last thing, you may hear a lot of rap music and bass all night long.

HOTEL HELL,

Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! Infested by roaches rats and stray cats. Majority of appliances are non functioning. Maids do not vacuum floors or wash sheets from one checkout to the next. Blood stains on bedding and walls. Drunks and stoned people hanging around pool area until 2:00 a.m. hitting on my eleven year old daughter. Had to change rooms because our room reeked of propane. We were charged extra for rooms by the pool only to find that upon arriving our rooms were on the opposite side of the hotel from the pool. The hotel Manager not only mixed up our dates and check-in times three times but told us that we had to check out a full day before what had already been paid for on our receipt. So basically we basically we were cheated out of a full day that we had paid for a head of time. Needless to say I will never stay at this hotel again!

ZERO STARS

This motel is really not worth your money. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights well we thought we would stay two more nights, because there were no other options. We paid for to more nights, and when we did pay for the two more nights they did not charge us for the pet fee again. I asked why and got no answer...so I just brushed it off as well "I don't have to pay for another pet fee cause I'm here for two more nights" Like a customer appreciation or something. Well on our last day we get a phone call telling us to pay for the pet fee. It surprised us cause because again we didn't have to pay for the pet fee again. They threatened to call the cops on us over $15.00. We didn't have the $15.00 cause we got food for the weekend. So we had to go find a relative here, to take my animals to. May I add also we were staying here because we were waiting for our apartment to get ready. On top of that the housekeeping service here sucks badly. But I do have to say on the first day here they did do a awesome job on the housekeeping. But on the last day, the housekeeper came by and I told her we didn't need a bed change but we do need toilet paper and towels. We had to go to my relatives to get toilet paper, and we had to even explain to them as well why this. The pool is not clean, the hot tub here as well is not clean you can see how they do not clean the hot tub out, also in the bottom of the hot tub there is like ciggeret tobacco. How I know this, because I felt something on my foot when I got in, so I used my toes to bring up was down there, and that is what was down there. In the room again the drains do not drain well, it is all the time clogged up. The curtains do not close all the way, even though we tried to close the curtains all the way there was still a way for people to look in. We had to mess with the phone line like put it under the phone a funny way just to make the room phone work. All in all I in my opinion these people do not deserve anything. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay here. You will be so pissed you wouldn't enjoy your stay. I will from now be staying at the other motel right across the street from this place...same price for everything, but much better service.

STAY THE HECK AWAY

We stayed one night in June, rented one room. These third worlders billed us as having two rooms (lie) in August. (lie). One smoking (lie), one non-smoking. We don't smoke. Called for correction, they hem and haw and delay and make excuses thinking I'll give up. Fat chance. They claim they are going by housekeeping records that are falsified if they even exist. I can prove I was 500 miles away in August, Now I am waiting for the boss to return from the old country if there is a boss and he really left town.

Another couple left a similar review on the net. They stayed one night and got billed for two. They supposedly told housekeeping to leave the dirty linens in the room for their second night.

The people that run this place are shameless.

My family wanted a get away from our everyday life .We got a room at Budget inn & Suites ,We had a great time ,clean rooms,nice restaurant,relaxing hot tub , the lounge was great to yes i would go there again
