I had my oil changed here. Due to the incompetence of this location I no longer have a car because one of their employees did not properly install the oil filter. The car locked up the motor when driving and I had to have it towed. They offered to repair the car or file the insurance on it. I had them put in another motor because I thought that they would make things right and they didn't even install the same model or install it correctly. The car is now completely trashed and all I am left with is a totaled vehicle. It was a gift from my grandparents that was in great shape and now is worthless.

All I am now offered is the value of the vehicle. What is sad is they are not even offering any compensation beyond their insurance and the towing bill.
