this is a great place and I love your style of service .

salon is clean and the manicurist i have had are professional, very good custom design work, offers endless amounts of designs to choose from, wish their language skills were better, but easy enough to repeat myself several times. they do push the deluxe pedicures which are very relaxing, but not if your feet are extra sensitive to heat. My husband and 5 other family members have gone here and been satisfied. Always quick service and polite. Would recommend can handle large groups for a spa day!

NEVER....NEVER...EVER..EVER...TRY THIS SALON AGAIN....

Things just got from bad to worst at this salon. Last time i came here they over charged me, Gave me a service that I did not want.

Now they took half my EYE BROWS OFF... What kind of business is this anyway!!!!!!

The girl name JOJO, ( or what ever that name is ) waxed my brows and OMG!!! took half my brows off on one side.

I have contacted TDLR (Texas State Board Of Cosmetology about this matter, to see if there employees are properly license to provide these service on clients.

I do not want this to happen to any other clients, so if you intend to come here again i suggest you think twice about it. and make sure these people are state licensed to perform these services.

Steve, you need better people to write the English grammar for you. But if you wrote this, you may need to take some ESL classes. Also you need to hire nail techs that does speak better English, as one reviewer wrote. I will never write something bad about my competitors that I do not know about. I got a good laugh (as hard as it may trying to understand it) reading the review. Putting on shellac polish does not require any cutting to cause someone to bleed. You gave yourself away by spelling the word (desigh) on your store review and my review. The word is (designs). Add some plurals to your word at the end. I'm sorry that you lost some of your best nail techs like Jason, Mathew, etc. that came over to this store. Treat your customers and employees with respect. Follow this simple saying you will have great day. "Treat others as you would want to be treated."

I recommend u guy to come over here they have good nails tech and friendly there a lot a desigh and color shellac to chose and if u don't satisfied with u service u can come talk to the manager they can make any to make u happy

I signed in thinking that they would see me right away. There was 4 people there 3 of them working and one guy sitting by the door on his phone.....o_o I signed in and 10 mins later they still didnt see me.... waist of time. The worse service I have ever recived at any nail salon EVER!!!
