Provided by YP.comWell unfortunately after taking my vehicle here to get a wheel barring change they decided to save me money which in turn is going to cost me more money because the put the old wheel hub back on causing the wheel barring to go bad for a second time Lee had me come it 3 times saying they honor and stand by their work which they dont because the wheel barring is junk once again because they put on a junk wheel hub needless to say i work in Romeo have many many friends in romeo and near by city i will never bring my vehicle here ever again nore will i refer any person in fact i will tell them to avoid bringing their vehicles here because you dont stand by your work unless the person has and nice car and money and has no idea about vehicles this company will not take care of you that is all!

Provided by YPmobileLew and his guys are the best. My F150 has over 200k miles on it and Indpendence Auto has it running and driving like a new truck without the truck payment. I would never trust anyone else.

Provided by YP.comDennis D. I have no experience with this shop. What I do have is 30 years experience as an engine builder and mechanic. You would never replace just one spark plug as it can result in an engine load balance problem that leads to early engine failure. It sounds like these guys did what you asked them to do, a tune-up. It is your responsibility as a consumer to do your homework BEFORE requesting a service be performed. You did hour homework after having the service done. That is not the fault of anyone but yourself. Being female is no excuse as clearly you know how to use the internet. Had you done a Google search before purchasing a service you could have called a GM dealer and asked them to warranty the spark plug, however you still would have to pay for labor. Labor rates at a dealership start at $90 per hour. If you paid less then $90 - $145 for your tune-up you got a better deal than you would having taken your car to the dealer, even having paid for the one plug that may have been cover by GM.
