Magnolia Vegetable Processors began production in July 2017 with fresh pack cucumbers and jalapeños. Although cucumbers make up a substantial segment of the business, our customers have gourmet products that call for a variety of pickled vegetables. We're not just making food and generating jobs... We're creating opportunities for farmers and our state. Our mission is to establish a sustainable market for our vegetable farmers and specialty brands by creating efficiencies in procurement and processing. Our vision is to cultivate opportunities for the next generation of Alabama farmers and niche brands through coordinated efforts, resources and advocacy across the supply chain network.
