I called and got the best customer service and I wasnt even placing an order with this company. They went out of their way to help me find an electrician in the area I was building. I think this speaks a lot for their company that they will help in any way possible.

I called to inquire about used or refurbished bathroom fixtures and spoke with one of the most rude sales persons I have ever spoken with. She seemed clearly irritated as soon as she said hello, and hanged the phone up in my face while I was asking her a question. I called back thinking this must have been a mistake and she said, "no, call me back when you have more information and hanged the phone up again without saying thank you for calling, I'm sorry I wasn't able to assist you further, nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
