Title - compression fracture story

True story, while touring our great country, I slipped and fell in South Dakota which resulted in a spinal compression fracture at T12, my son who lives in Jacksonville, made arrangements for me to see Dr. Manny Gage of Centurion Spine and pain. Centurion Spine and pain have sameday appointments for patients like me, who have new fractures and are extreme pain. I flew on the first flight from SD to Jacksonville and had an appointment with Dr. Gage the next day, and a few hours later my fracture was fixed right there in his office, the following day I was not only pain free but went to a beautiful restaurant and had dinner with my son. Today is 4 days since my appointment with Centurion Spine and Pain and I still can't believe how fast I felt better. The staff was absolutely amazing, Kristy at the front desk was so polite and personable, Kallista and Tracey were friendly, compassionate and took care of everything I needed, even calling me to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything after my procedure and lastly Dr. Gage during his busy schedule sat down did I a thorough exam, explained the procedure and answered everyone of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I wanted to share my experience to help and guide anyone who has a spinal compression fracture and can relate to the pain associated with it. Thank you everyone who took such good care of me.
