Although we arrived early, 4 pm for our reservation, my wife and I were given a room that required us to walk at least 75 yards from the elevator to the room.
I am 89 with a limp, wife is 84 with arthritis and uses a cane. We had to stop and catch our breath every 20 yards and thought we'd have a heart attack.
The room, 232, is the last room on that long stretch of hallway.
The old lady that doles out the rooms should be replaced.
