My wife,15 year old daughter and myself had just got to our hotel after a long drive down for my annual Christmas party for my compang. We pulled in and my wife exclaimed ohh look there is a krystal close by. After checking in we walked to the store that had people inside and a line at the drive through. We went to open the door and it was locked. I looked at my watch to see it was exactly 11pm (which tells me the doors were locked early) A employee saw us and unlocked the door. I asked are you closed and he said the dining room is but come on in. My wife told him we would be geting our order to go anyhow and thanked him. He then said this lady will take care of you. This is where it all went south. She looked at us and said no! You will have to go through the drive through. I said we dont have a car and were geting it to go and before I could say anything else she turned her back to me and went to the back. A moment later a guy with multiple tattoos and ear rings in both ears looked at me and said "whats the problem" I tried to explain but was cut off as he screamed "when my dining room is closed thats it no one comes in here" I told him his employee let us in. he said I dont care he was not allowed to do that and jumped his case right in front of us and the people in the resturant. when I told him I was going to file a complaint he stated I am going to serve you. Why would I trust this guy at this point. I felt threatened by his body language and just wanted to get my family out. I told my wife on the way out there is no way im ordering from that weird guy and the other people eating were nodding their heads in agreement to the spectical they just saw. I am over a sales force in Atlanta and down for our Christmas party. I have been in fast food management years ago and am pretty sure customers are more important than this. the employee that let us in walked us to the door and apologized for the tatooed earing guy.

I have never been so dertimined to follow through with a complaint and to make sure others know about this. After I get home I am also going to persue if I have any legal recorse.

We walked back to our room and went to bed hungry.

Let me be clear we love Krystal just not the one in Brunswick.
