They got the same old intercom system they had for years in drive-thru. They can't hear when you talk in a normal voice tone while making your order. They will say they can't hear you. Sorry but I'm not going to tell just get an order across. So instead of yelling at the top of my lungs to place my order I just drove off like the guy in the white pickup truck in front me did today. This store needs to invest in a new communications system or else they are going to continue to lose business wondering why month to month sales are decreasing. Either that or you got some ignorant A** workers losing your business. Either way you loss 2 customers back to back around 10:45am. I can imagine how many more in a day your going to lose. Definitely not good for business.

Unhappy and hungry

This was a decent Sonic at one time, but has changed hands and is not worth your time to even pull into the parking lot. Most of the ordering buttons do not work anyway, and the ones that do don't guarantee your food is right or hot. Try any of our other fast food places.
