The machine did not spin my clothes properly. It wasnt working right. My clothes were dripping wet. The guy told me there was nothing he could do about it. I asked him for my money back or at least help with the extra drying costs. He said no. I told him I would not be able to return to this laundrymat. It is very clean. But kids were also riding in the wheeled baskets. I had to tell him because he was on a head set. I want to contact the owner of the business to complain. But I dont know how to contact them. The guy was mad at me for complaining. He thought I was trying to get him in trouble. He kept doubling down on his anger toward me. i was also followed by the kids in the store and confronted by a street type person outside. It was dark by the time I left due to the extra drying. I ran out of money and had to take the damp clothes with me.
