Great service beyond the call of duty. After getting the perfect glasses that gave best vision & fit they added a blue film in addition to transition for my macular degeneration. I can actually see in glaring sunshine. Later I fell not far from the store front & stumbled in dazed, blood everywhere. They went into emergency mode, calling paramedics never worried about the damage I was causing. When I refused an ambulance optician Michael insisted on riding in the back seat to show my girlfriend shopping with me where the clinic was. Then walked home. He called the next day to check on me. Need I say more. So grateful. I just moved to “The Highlands” in Topsham & Anna, Berrie’s owner & audiologist comes to the retirement center & has the hearing aids I already had working at top capacity. Thank you Anna.
