This Man was the worst appraiser, cause of him, it took us 90 days to close on our house when everything else was ready to go to close in 45 days. he had to re do the paper work 4 times! and took over 2 weeks to get it back the first time. and the last thing that could have held us up even more he put the WRONG COUNTY! seriously! he almost cost us our house luckily we had understanding sellers. i would NEVER send anyone to him in fact i have told all my friends looking for homes to stay away cause they know the head ache we went through. Stay clear from Dan Saunders as a appraiser if you want to have a timely closing.
