I used to go there and I was always able to buy something cute and able to consign my items. But then, last time I went there the employee wasn't there, so I told another temp employee ( which she doesn't go through the clothes for consign) that I will be back. I made a mistake of leaving my items there, when I got back, she gave me what she didn't take. So I trusted her and left. Four weeks later, I called to see how much I had in my account, to find out only 22.00. So I asked some questions to the owner, and it happened that she paid straight up and not consign, I told her I was not told that and that I always consign. The owner double so she gave me 44.00. Understand that I had new items there. For me the employee stole from me. Didn't have my items and didn't make any money. I am very disappointed of the way that was handle. Especially since I've been going there for five years.
