We received an extraordinary level of service during a recent visit to Radio Shack. Manager John Williams personally worked for more than seven hours to try to resolve problems with the Verizon Network with whom we had contracted. At times working two phones simultaneously he would explain and explain again how the problems could be resoved to two divisions within Verizon, and did so late into Friday evening. Resuming Saturday he continued to advocate on our behalf until Verizon fully resolved their problems early Saturday evening. This level of customer care is rare indeed. We are grateful for Mr. Williams' diligence and professionalism.
