West Wind Interiors not only met our expectations but went above & beyond! To say that West Wind Interiors's team is professional is an understatement. They delivered 100% from our planning stage through our installation.

The customer service has been exceptional and she really stands by his work. I highly recommend West Wind Interiors as we were very pleased with the customer service, the competitive pricing, and the quality of the product. The shutters look fantastic and we get compliments on them regularly!

A few months later, I discovered that one shutter had some damage to it that we hadn't noticed earlier. She handled the task and determined that it was best to replace it at no charge.

This worked out great because we really wanted the privacy provided by the shutters in the meantime. The damaged shutters were replaced at not cost as quickly as they could be reproduced.

West Wind Interiors also had some attractive deferred financing offers, which we were able to take advantage of.

West Wind Interiors are one of those rare designers who can keep the whole picture in her mind's eye at all times, even if a project has to be done piecemeal.

I never feel railroaded or "unsold" with West Wind Interiors and I felt from the start that she always has my aesthetic and budget at heart.
