Car was in shop 4 times in one month for the same problem. Never fixed, Bad communication. Strange hours. After thousands of dollars and frustration I had to take my car to another to be repaired. Bad service

I was new to the area and took my car to Brunswick Transmission for clutch / transmission problems. I told them that I had heard from other auto workers that the car may have transmission problems but I wasn't sure. They told me my transmission was fine and replaced the clutch. The car drove for only 3 weeks before it continued to have the same problems it had before repair. Upon taking it back to Brunswick Transmission they told me that now for another $1000 I needed a new transmission!!! I tried to argue with them concerning the issues, but it was no use, they refused to fix the problem, and or, refund any money. Upon meeting and speaking with other people local to Brunswick I have heard nothing but complaints similar to my experience. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST paying the little extra money and GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR BUSINESS.
