No one answers the phone from noon - 3:15 pm on a THURSDAY.

I have been here numerous times for both my mother and myself. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I've never had to wait hours, usually about a half hour. My mother, when she was living, used to fall a lot. At her age, I wanted to have her checked out to make sure she was okay to be alone. It is difficult to get into see my own doctor. So I've gone to the Urgent Care myself for minor issues, the flu, a sprained ankle, a UTI and have received good care. For more serious health concerns, I've gone to a hospital emergency room (for chest pain that radiated to my jaw). Thankfully, that did not turn out to be a heart problem, but acid reflux. I was treated and sent home with a prescription.

I have been to this facility several times. I've gone for myself and my children. I have never had to wait long and the staff I've seen has always been courteous and friendly. We have always had all questions answered, proper diagnosis, and appropriate action taken. Before the dr leaves, I've always been asked if I have any questions or concerns. I'm not sure why others have had such.terrible experiences, but I would definitely recommend this place...I will absolutely go back if needed.
