I contacted Brandon because I had water sipping up through the floor in the center of my basement. Two prior contractors stated they had never seen this and couldn't help. Brandon confidently said waterproofing the front of my house would fix the problem, without a thorough investigation. "I guarantee it!" he said. I agreed to the work, and continue to have water seep up through the floor. When I called him he stated, "I guarantee the work we did." Upon further investigation (conducted by someone else), I never had a waterproofing problem. The work and nearly $14,000 I paid him was unnecessary. So, "providing an honest and permanent solution" didn't work out for me.

Did a very thorough job. Very informative and neat.
