I was very disappointed with this bowling alley. Although it has great open bowling times and not very crowded--- I will never return. The worker was extremely rude and not organized at all. You have to pre-pay for all of your games ahead of time, yet took 30 minutes to get our group going. I had to bite my tongue with the issue and have fun with my kids and the group I was with. I do not tolerate bad customer service-- so I will be taking my business to the larger crowded chain lanes--- which is ashame, as I do try to support the local independent owners!!!
