I would go back to Pearlview if I need any therapy or nursing care. The staff is outstanding and care about you, they treat you like family. Therapy works very hard to get you back home as soon as possible. The meals are wonderful, if you don't like what is being served they will make you anything off of the menu. Private room with phone,tv and internet included. The building is old, but very clean and colorful.
