DO NOT GO! RUINED MY WHOLE DAY! Went there to get my nails done for my wedding along with my daughter and my mom I called and made an appt. We all got pedicures and I got acrylics while they just got painted. I had Dane at first it was fine just hard to understand him.. then we went to his chair to get my nails done. Agreed with everyone else on this page. Never pushed back cuticles. When it came to time for paint I asked for French manicure and a line color line I was told "that take to long" so he tried to talk me into some other ways..I then again so there is no way you can do the line? "NO that take not much time" um..okay.. then we decided on an ombre look..well.. it looked like icicles..they done fade it they just brush it up and looks messy to me. I was upset with my nails and upset that he wouldn't do them for me the way I wanted. As my mom was getting hers done by Tom she said for me to show him my nails. So I did and he said that's what they call ombre there. And we both told him that I didn't like it and wasn't happy. When it came time to check out..(Tracy's son) my mom paid first and she was talking to me asking if I was gonna say anything and he said is there something wrong and I said yeah I don't like them it's not what I wanted for my wedding and Dane told me it would take to long to do what I wanted. He went over and talked to his mom she came up and says "they pretty looks good" and continued to try to tell me it's fine and their good. Her son spoke up and said "mom it's not what she wanted and it is for her wedding" then Dane came over and started arguing with me over the whole situation as he's raising his voice at me Tracy tried to back him up and her son spoke up again and said it's not what she wants. She finally says if u want them fixed u have to come back later we have other appts. She asked me to come.back at 8pm after they "close" by this time I'm so upset because during all of this her son tells me it is $96 I asked does that include my daughter. No. I said fine I'll just give you my money for something I'm not happy with and I will never come back and I will.tell everyone I know.(meanwhile Tracy had been going back and forth to another customer) and she came up and my mom said how much are you gonna charge to fix it. She said" no charge I do it for you" my mom told her thank you very much that is very sweet. So then I pay for my daughter $36 and I leave crying. I didn't want to go back at all. My mom talked me into going back at 8 and we sat and waited til about 830ish and Tom finish and came and asked Tracy if she wanted him to take me so he did. He was so nice and so polite it did everything I asked and fixed my toes ( colored tips bleed I just asked for a liner separate or something? He took it all off and re did it. Tracy walked by and said " she doing toes too. That what she want I hear her say that" he told her idk what Dane did the color bled as she walked away. We go to do my nails and she walked by before she left to look and I showed her my mom said this is what she originally wanted and asked for and he said he didn't have time. She said "he may say that up there but no no he not say that at first" I said yes when we first talked about it and my mom agreed and told her she heard him. She continued to deny it and instead of arguing again with her over I just dropped it and she left. Tom stayed until 10pm helping me and making sure it was nice and what I wanted. We get ready to leave and he tells me she told.him to have me pay $30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said "Are you kidding me! I already paid 96 earlier and that was including an extra $5 for the ombre you just took off.... 30 for what?" He said she said for you nails and pointed to my hands. I said you have got to be kidding me!!!! She said she would fix them for free.. so of course she put him.on the spot.. I said whatever I only have 20 Cuz I just had gave him a tip for helping me. He took his tip and my 20 to get her $. He ended

I had an appointment at 6:30 and didn't get service until 7:15. What is the point of making an appointment somewhere? I'm a very flexible person but that isn't how you run a business. There are plenty of places with comparable prices that have better service.

Tracy does a wonderful job, she is such a nice person, all of her people are very nice, great place to have your nails done. Highly recommend
