My unit was running sluggish, gave Dyer Heating & Cooling a call, and Jason came out on a Saturday evening with very short notice. He thoroughly looked the unit over, found the problem, fixed it, and didn't charge extra since it was the weekend. Followed up with me on Sunday to make sure everything was running good, and he wasn't going to charge another service call fee if he had to come back out. This guy knows what he's doing.

Dyer Heating & Air's service is top of the line, affordable, trustworthy, and dependable. Jason took his time carefully inspecting our central unit, found the problem, and took time answering every question I had. He was willing to come out and service our unit late on a Friday night. He is not pushy, gave us options, and there was no pressure. When his crew came out, they were very respectful not to make a mess in my house. We are very pleased with his work. Since he's got us all fixed up now, probably won't have to call him for a long while, but he's totally got our business.

My heating and air unit had quit working properly and my electric bills were $400 per month. I called my local Chamber of Commerce in Carthage, TN to see if they could recommend a reputable HVAC repair company. They told me they highly recommended Dyer Heating and Air because they had used them and was very pleased with their service. I called Jason on Tuesday afternoon and he was here at 8 oclock Wednesday morning. He spent about an hour testing everything and determined the problem. He immediately repaired my unit and now it is working perfectly. My electric bills should be about half of what they were before the repair. I strongly recommend Dyer Heating and Air to everyone. The service was fast and the cost was very low.

I wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we LOVE our new central unit. It is so nice to be able to come in to a nice warm house. And it is the same in every room!!! So we made an appointment with you to come to the house and discuss what all this would involve and all of our other concerns we were having. You were very accommodating to come out on New Years Day since we were both available that day. You were very thorough in explaining everything and answering all of our many questions. After you left we made an almost instant decision to let you do the work. We phoned you that night and three days later you were there getting started; and in three more it was all done. No fuss and no mess. You gave us a follow up call the day after to see how we liked everything and if we had any questions. Could not ask for anything better. We are very happy with our unit. But we couldn't be happier about the great workmanship and professionalism you had in the installation process. Everything is wonderful and we will highly recommend you to all our friends.
