I dropped off a ball cap to have a little monogram work done. I wasn't given a time frame for the cap to be finished. I called a week later the business phone had a fast busy signal. I went by there to pick up the cap and I was told it wasn't ready! The staff was rude. I asked to give me the cap and left.
