Very poor business practices! I worked for them and they have very poor communication with the employees they hire. Be careful of any documents you sign or don't sign. If the company tthst send you too late you off and you don't report to Express within 48 that your available for work, they will report that you voluntarily quit and you will be denied unemployment benifits. And quite obvious Express will not have a similar job available .Both companies know your being laid off but neither communicate with you to reiterate that you need to contact them within 48 hours.
Its plain and simple, a working person doesn't stand a chance when they deal with ccompanies such as this..........
