My boyfriend and I live an hour away and needed someone to rotate and balance tires on 24 inch rims. A friend of ours, who has the same tires and rims recommended Goodyear because that is where he had his done. Because of the hour drive, we decided to call Goodyear to make sure they were able to do it. We are not sure of who we spoke to but the guy told us yes they can and to head that way. We arrive and were told that they cannot do the job due to the fact of the rim size. My boyfriend explained to 3 different guys that he spoke to someone who told him they could do the job. We also asked for any other places to go to and no one had a clue. So there are two options that you can choose from to solve this mystery: either someone did not know what they were talking about over the phone or you have a crew who is too lazy to satisfy their customers. We will NOT be coming back to this place and we will make sure to spread the word. We drove around from place to place trying to find assistance. GCR tire services were willing to help us. Even though they were not sure if they had a machine that could do it, they were still willing to do what they could to help us. That is what a call customer service!
