I have the privilege of appearing before Judge Delaney as an attorney for a number of years. I also have resolved cases where he served as a mediator. In either role, he brings his wisdom and many years of experience on the bench and to bear.

Each case that Judge Delaney has mediated for my clients has resulted in a Mediated Settlement Agreement - often with terms that were not contemplated prior to mediation.

I have the highest respect for John Delaney, both as a jurist and a mediator. I heartily recommend his services.

Judge Delaney has a wealth of relevant experience from his time on the bench as a district court judge. Judge Delaney has his finger on the pulse of Brazos County juries and for that reason is an effective mediator. I have settled many cases with Judge Delaney and would highly recommend his services.

Judge Delaney is an excellent mediator! My first encounter some years ago was when the opposite side of the case recommended him. It was a very tough personal injury case with convoluted and disputed medical issues. I vividly remember how many notes he took when the lawyers made their case in order to get a handle on the relevant issues. The case settled.

I recommended him in the second mediation as my belief was he would bring credibility to the table (by being a Judge) you do not get in most mediations. I further believed both parties needed such stature to ever potentially get the case settled.............that frankly I did not think would settle. The case settled.

Judge Delaney becomes very involved in his mediations and thoroughly enjoys resolving disputes and ending controversies for people.
