The manager kelly is a b! She tells you one thing and does another. The sign clearly says home for sale or lease but they do not honor it. She approves who she wants, says one thing and changes her mind later. She clearly doesn’t know what her lease states since we brought up one detailed about it and when we told her what section the lease says, she refuses to speak on it and wants to throw in termination/breach in contract! Stay away! You’re better off buying your own land than to lease there. If you do speak with her in person, record your conversation or have her write something in an email because she will deny saying anything!!!
