Provided by YP.comThe facility was very noisy and my poodles hated going there. While the grooming was adequate, the groomers obviously didn't listen to or follow instructions. They cut almost 4 inches off one of my poodle's ears after I expressly told them NOT to cut her ears. It took over two years for her ears to grow back out. Also, after the fifth visit, both my poodles developed staff dermatitis. My vet said they most likely picked it up at the groomers from clippers that were not cleaned between dogs. I would definitely NOT recommend taking your dog to this groomer

Provided by YP.comReally don't appreciate my dog being cut and sent home with an uneven haircut and tons of clipper burn...
My goal is to provide a positive experience for our two and four legged clients. Anything less is unacceptable. I'm sorry you feel we did not live up to your expectations.
