I’m making this review in thanks to Michael and Billy who dropped of my chest. They were very professional and friendly not to mention very fast . I will be shopping at Ashley’s for my headboard really soon .

This is a nice place to furnish your home with style at a (very) reasonable cost. Also, ask for Krystal Lawrence. She’s extremely knowledgeable, polite and has a great sense of style. Would definitely recommend!

4 weeks after I paid for everything and still without furniture. I’ve tried calling several times and got the run around. Not once have they called with any information.

We picked out our furniture, ordered it and was sleeping on it in 2 weeks! Andrew was great. Thanks a lot Ashley’s!

Found a picture of a chair I really liked but before I ordered from another company I wanted to see the chair in person. Luckily enough Ashley’s showed they also carried the same chair. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Jeff and once I showed him the picture he took me straight to the chair. It was exactly what I had hoped for asked for 4 right then and there. I hadn’t realized how large this store was and how much furniture they carried. Didn’t plan on buying a sofa or bedroom furniture but I did! Jeff was pleasant, knowledgeable and very patient ... it took me a while to decide between 2 sofas. He never pushed the sale he let me look and ask questions. Very happy with the in store service. Delivery was just as awesome! They called me ahead of time to plan my delivery, called to let me know they were on the way and they were completely professional. They took care of my furniture and my home to make sure everything was as it was before they arrived. I would definitely recommend visiting the store and asking for Jeff.

I wanted to say how awesome Dee Podium is. She really works hard to make her customers happy. She knows about everything in the store. She can help you find anything and everything for your home and it will look great and you will be very happy with your purchase. Give her promotion, she is great. She is the only person I look for when I come to Ashley's, because she knows my decorating style.

Lindsey was very helpful. She was not pushy, but offered gentle suggestions. Very pleased with the timely manner we received the furniture. The delivery guys were polite and very careful carrying the furniture in to the house. Would definitely check Ashley out for future purchases.

Natalie,was very polite and professional.She also provide excellent customer service!!! She direct us right where we need to be in the store,that made our visit quick,easy and simple.Also the delivery truck # 5 those guys were awesome as well!!! I would highly suggest buying furniture from Ashley!!!
