They lost my family's business with poor customer service red flag. After setting my new patient vision appt, I learned they charge $15 per glasses adjustment unless you buy from them. Huh? We just moved here with existing glasses we love. Checked a nearby vision place & like most, no charge. Googled their # to cancel my appt, and saw negative insurance handling reviews there. Thankful that Finally, we didn't learn something the hard way!
