Office staff very friendly, but friendly doesn't fix heating and air systems. Rescheduled three times offered to stay home from work, but was told there was no need for that. Tech never called when appointments were missed. Had to call office. Finally five days later called someone else. Not considerate of my time or family's time. Would not recommend them especially if you are in a jam.

Iv known the jones family for some time. Matt is a friendly and trustworthy. I'd trust them with the keys to my house any day of the week!

The Jones family has been servicing my air/heating conditioners for the past 17 years & I've never been disappointed since they came to do my first install. They are family owned & no matter what I need, day or night, they've always been there to help or answer questions. Can't beat them. I've tried some of the big named companies in the area in the past but the Jones' always put me first. It's nice to call and know that the person who picks up the phone will be Sam or Linda Jones, plus when I've gotten a new home install, or it's time for my annual service date, I know one of the Jones' family members will be the only people that I must deal with. You just can't beat family-owned AND operated businesses, yet alone find TRUE family owned/operated business these days. I trust and feel safe having then in my home & knowing they will do a good job...Linda & Sam treat me like family and always go above and beyond. There are other heat & air companies in area that have used "Jones" in their name but no one can beat the original Jones' company or services. Benton is lucky to have such honest, reliable businesses in town! Thank you Jones family!
