For nearly 50 years, the Maine Conservation School's camp and school programs have introduced children and adults to a unique blend of outdoor fun, environmental education and practical outdoor skills. It has a summer camp and youth programs, outdoor programs for adults and public school outdoor education. The summer programs expose students to paddling, swimming, hiking and hands-on woodcraft skills experience. Traditional camp activities include singing, story telling, crafts and skits that are structured to help youth develop a conservation ethic. Adult programs consist of the American Wilderness Leadership School Teacher Workshop, Maine Guide School and Bow Hunter Safety Certification. Maine Conservation School is located in Bryant Pond, Maine.
