I have worked with everyone at ATM Mirror and Glass on many assorted projects (glass railings, glass flooring, shower doors, mirrors) and could not be happier with the product and service I had received. Before meeting these guys, I struggled a great deal with my glass trades- finding a professional firm that also offered the products I was looking to offer my clients was impossible! But I knew they must exist somewhere! Met Jim and Co. at a trade show 3 years ago and now I am able to freely offer my clients the cool look of glass without worry it will be a slop-job.



Trade tip: they are the only ones around who have their own stock and machinery- expect precision and faster delivery. able to handle complex jobs with ease! they get a great deal of press and there's a reason why!



Homeowner tip: I'm straight with my clients, if you are looking for a discount shower door or something mediocre, this is not your vendor. Expect to pay for their premium product or as we say, "The Glass Gods".



Fun fact: You will find the president of ATM, Jim, literally everywhere! He's on the style network, featured in their commercials and I recently saw him on NBC.

Probably the biggest glass company around , certainly the most professional. Fixed a botch shower job by someone my contractor works with. Not only did ATM provide the new glass door/ enclosure, it's much better looking with the design too. Not all these guys give the same frameless door so shop around and use someone with a solid reputation. I recommend ATM glass.

Looking for glass doors? You better catch this place while you can, they just were on life/style tv as NY's hottest trend in glass (or something like that) and before long you wont be able to touch them for anything small. We used them 4 months ago for our shower doors in Chappaqua and seriously, they have got the market on designer glass and are a breeze to work with. Didn't find them to be ehuberantly priced, and certainly found them to be the most professional. I had no idea they were so big when we contracted them though...

Unbiased opinion from a contractor. If you have a big job, higher end job- call these guys. They are "leaps and bounds" ahead of their competition in product offerings, professionalism and capabilities -they have a full fabrication plant- and stock loads of glass- you aren't going to wait for items like you would with a smaller place for the higher end stuff. So without question, you need a shower door or glass shelving or big replacement glass (or have a really picky customer)- call ATM Glass, you know, for the fancy designer stuff. You wont find anyone around with their capabilities. On the flip side, they are busy and dont really cater to small things like a piece of window pane glass that you want cut while you wait. So, if you're looking for your local home town glass place to cut you a piece of glass for your kids school project, go to the little repair shop. You need the desiger glass work done or have a big job, dont call anyone but ATM Glass.

Fabulous company to work with for any special glass projects. Like someone else mentioned, they aren't the small town glass shop like maybe some people look for? They happen to be what I would describe as a larger glass company that happens to be local with some super trendy offerings in glass designs. First impressions are lasting, and as soon as I met with Jim, the consultant/owner what a difference! Not a contractor-type, very attune to what you want, what you need and SUPER ideas! From a designers perspective, that's saying a lot. I'm not big on the review thing, but Jim and ATM Glass are heaven-sent.

Popped in after passing on my way home to get a screen fixed. This place is *much* bigger than it's view from the road and not the mom and pop "glass repair shop" I was imagining. This is a big company. They did fix my screen for free which was very neighborly and totally warrants a 5 star rating, the people I met with were all nice too. I had asked about a couple of other things I needed , such as a lock for my window and was told they dont do that sort of thing. This place is just for glass, like big glass stuff and big jobs.

My experience with ATM Glass & Mirror was pleasant and I would suggest to others. Nice asset to our local community. I had brought my kitchen cabinet doors to their store to have glass installed. There were a lot of choices and the young man who assisted me was helpful.

THANK YOU JIMMIE! I TOLD YOU I WOULD TELL THE WORLD! Jimmie fixed a totally botched project another company had started for my interior frameless glass sliding door partition (for a client). I am a decorator with a (what was) furious client because of another company's total lack of interest and ability. Jimmie came in, saw a mess and re-did and corrected in a week what took another company 5 weeks to produce and did not even operate! Saved my relationship with my client, saved me heartache and connected me with a great resource. Trade professionals, don't even look anywhere else. These guys are problem solvers and innovators. Jimmie's professionalism was outstanding. Words cannot even describe. No drama, no excuses and didn't even criticize the other guys shoddy job. Just said "they probably didn't do this kind of work before". Calmly found resolution and produced! XOXO. I am posting on Angie's list as well. That and the name of the company not to use.

I just used ATM for three frameless shower doors for my home in Harrison. My contractor had recommended them but I wanted to get some alternate pricing. Not only was atm glass pricing excellent but they offered many glass options for the frameless doors that I didn't see anywhere else and I wanted something with some obscurity for my daughter's bath. Professional service, I would recommend this company to others.

I brought to my local glass shop (poughkeepsie area) and they told me they couldn't help but to call ATM. not wanting to go all of the way to westchester county, I called another shop who said the same thing! I called a bigger glass company who a friend referred in Putnam and they too said to call ATM and also added that ATM will do work for other glass companies that have something unique. I found this crazy at this point. I trekked down to Buchanan to ATM and they said "sure, we can fix this". I couldnt believe it. My grandmother would be so pleased to see her piece in all of it's glory. While I was at ATM I found a nice showroom and a very pleasant staff. There were other glass companies pulling in for services ATM offers as well!

Happy Customer. I had atm replace insulated glass at my office. Very reasonably priced and offered great customer service. They worked around our business schedule so no to interfere with my hours of operation. I would use again and recommend to others. The workers were also respectful of our employee work stations and covered work areas. I thought that was very considerate.

Very helpful and prompt. yesterday late afternoon my window was broken by some neighborhood kids. It was a little frightening. ATM sent a very polite worker right over to my home and fixed it up for me. I would use them again. Their price seemed fair too.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! PLEASE READ! Another local company provided me with a glass shower door and replacement glass for two of my windows to the cost of almost 4000.00. During this project, they *butchered* my windows to the point I wished they never worked on them and the shower door clearly did not fit properly. Several calls and proposed "fixes" later the owner came back to my home saying that my installation was "unusual" and this was the best it could be! I was recommended to ATM by a colleague. And their installation seemed painless and without problems. My immediate impression was that they were much more professional and their product and workmanship proved this to be true. The callus responses by the first company left me furious. I am not mentioning any names- but you know who you are.

What an impression ATM made! Much more professional than their competitors. The other companies I had price my remodel (master bath/sunroom addition) and they seemed like a joke and not nearly as confident or educated. Estimate clearly said what was or wasnt included, included my rights as a consumer (IMPORTANT TOUCH!). other companies seemed very novice; pricing may have been less expensive but I did get the impression that could change as the estimates were vague. ATM clearly has the market on their industry and have refined their trade. Beautiful workmanship, installers were polite and very clean. Installed 6 months ago- no issues with installation.

Our firm had met with 7 different glass companies to compete in meeting the unique and demanding needs for a very important project of ours. Jimmy and his staff had FAR exceeded our expectations; and by far superseded the qualifications of his competitors. The staff at ATM is conscience of budget and inventive to find alternate designs when costs need to be considered. The craftsmanship and professionalism this firm offered was exceptional- any issues that needed to be addressed were addressed immediately and without question. Any data that was needed for architects or engineers was provided by ATM at the moment it was needed. We were kept up to date with all proceedings with orders in a friendly and honest fashion. Each member of this company is at the top of their game and wonderful to work with. And as our client phrased it, "Our home is magical because of the glass!". Look for their work in upcoming issues of architectural digest.

our development had been built and the contractor didnt supply shower doors for our guest and hall baths- but did give us names of 4 companies-one of which was atm glass. two months ago a few of us got together and figured if we called the recommended companies, we could get a deal if we all did the doors with the same company. i met with jimmy at atm, he didnt come in the lowest, but i felt most comfortable with his recomendations. i went with atm glass as did one of the other homeowners, the others used another company (who had installed our master bath doors i found out later)- what a mistake they made. they waited longer than i did- my neighbor had damage done to her brand new tile by the installer and was told that they werent responsible- and this woman is 70 years old- horrible business pratice. Jimmy did his best to fix her shoddy installation- free of charge-even though it isnt a brand door he sells. that is professional AND kind.

I am not one to generally rate my experiences with service companies-I believe that a contractor >should< provide great service, fair pricing for their service and offer professionalism.I believe these things should be expected and not come as a surprise when they do happen. With that said,my experience with Jimmy and his staff at far exceeded my expectations. For the past year I have been doing a major home renovation-during which my family and I were not able to live at the premises. This had been the most horrible experience in my life.If you are looking for a reliable and extremely professional glass installer and you are an?uneducated? homeowner as I am,I strongly recommend this company. I was never taken advantage of,I was kept informed and I never felt as if I was ?troubling? them as many contractors will. Every person I had spoken with from their firm was a pleasure. I don?t believe that they are the least expensive? from the nightmare I had lived- that is not always the route

very professional and friendly. great service. would use again. not overly priced for custom work. they will be replacing my shower door i just had put in a year ago and HATE, previous company installed **wrong** and isnt working- no names being mentioned, but they wont return my call. thank you atm glass for your help.
