AVOID this company by all means. They are scam artists and they rip their customers off. Their techs are NOT certified, even though they lie about it in their ad.

After my old PC crashed, I looked for a new system and at the time, PC-Helpers was a good choice. I was able to get a custom system installed for $699.00 + tax and it took 10 days (a bit long IMHO, but since they installed and supported, I went with it). And, I gave them 4 stars.A few months later, I got a nasty virus and it took them four days before they could schedule me in. This dropped them to 3.5 Stars. Except a month later, I got another virus and the same thing happened. Down to 3 Stars.And a month later, I got another virus. When I called, I got their VM and left a message. Never heard back from them and I called back the next afternoon to cancel the service call, as I was able to fix the problem. But them not calling back dropped them to 2 Stars.Last week, another virus, another call and another VM. A week later, still no reply. IMHO, this rates 0 Stars.
