This is THE place to stay if you are looking for a campground at Buckeye Lake or anywhere near the area. The staff was great ... the second time we wee there we thought we would be there over night and ended up staying for ten days; they made sure we didn't have to move sites. The security is excellent, the dog parks (note there is more than one), the sites are a nice size (we went with the patio sites all three times we were there), and if you don't have your own RV they have cottages you can rent. I would and do highly recommend this park to everyone staying or passing through the area

I WILL NEVER STAY, RECOMMEND OR TAKE MY FAMILY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I feel like a complete fool.... I recommended that my friends stay here because other KOA locations were great. This one however, felt like you were staying in a prison camp that you had to pay for. Their prices are way to high for the lots sizes and the OWNERS and staff are very RUDE and INTRUSIVE!!!!!!! They spout this location as being a family friendly environment and treat children like second class citizens. I completely disagree and it is very difficult to get a good nights rest with those BRIGHT YELLOW golf carts going back and forth between sites, all hours of the night. I will never recommend this location to anyone again and can insure you I will send friends and relatives some where else for now on.
