I completely agree with the person below. Nicci is fabulous and she is the sole owner/operator and always very appropriate! Give Nicci's a try and you will not be disappointed!

The previous reviewer obviously wrote the review about the wrong salon. Nicci's Hair By Design is operated by Nicci herself in a lovely single-station studio so there could not have been "inappropriate conversations between employees". Sadly that person must have associated that review with the wrong salon. What the salon DOES offer is very affordable custom hair design services including cut and color. I am a very happy customer who made the switch after 10 years of loyalty to a high-end salon. I made this switch after noticing the impecable highlights, lowlights, cuts and color on some of my friends who raved about Nicci. What I appreciate about her is how well she listens to her clients wishes, not rushing at all through the consultation. She works to achieve a design that is complimentary to the individual client and matches the requested result. For such service, one could expect to pay tripple what Nicci asks. I am hard to please and Nicci nailed it first try.
