Provided by YPmobileStay away from them. You will be sorry..Avita is ruthless and will demand every dime even after your insurance pays. After receiving 10's of thousands of dollars last year Avita still demands money from family with medically handicapped child. They will take you to court if unable to pay and take wages if they can. Stay away from Bucyrus or Galion community they will take you for every cent and make your life hell, even if you try to make payments. Just a warning. Stay away. Use services in Marion or Mansfield if possible
