My son must take prescription meds every night for debilitating (dizziness to the point he cannot walk without falling) migraine headaches for the last 6 months. Cvs was the only pharmacy that carried the medicine & it must be called in by the Dr (who is the most dependable I've ever encountered) every month. Out of these 6 months there has been 3 occasions that Cvs 'couldn't locate' or 'misplaced' this medicine. This last month the Cvs employee told me they would look for it then call me back either if they found it or if it couldn't be located. 2 hours later when I called back they said it couldn't be found in their computer. No call to me nor did they think to call the prescribing Dr. Instead the employee had the nerve to accuse the Dr office of forgetting to call it in. Everyone makes mistakes but that's their 3rd strike. There's also been other mistakes in the past but not as severe. I will NEVER trust Cvs again. Imagine if this would've been life-sustaining medicine?
