Provided by YP.comWe are 1st time campers. The Blue Compass team made it seamless & easy. Mike in sales, Mike the sales manager as well as the finance guy even Miguel in service where top notch, knowledgeable, professional and very patient with us. Mike in sales sat us down to go over our needs to help us find the right Travel trailer, Witch saved a lot of time they had so many in stock. Mike the sales manager came into the sales office and went over all our payment options in detail. we went in only knowing what our friends have told us. When we left we felt like pros. Miguel headed up our orieantion on our New Delta, he went over everything we needed to know ! Love Love our new alliance Delta!

Provided by YP.comStay away from this place. Once they have your money, they do not care about you as a customer. They claim that their repair staff is overwhelmed constantly. We spent 40k on an Rv there and we pay $100.00 a month to store it there. We no longer live in Austin, and traveled six hours in a car with three dogs, and planned to visit family in another town. The RV was fine when we dropped it off there. When we went to pick it up it was filthy, had a light fixture broken inside and none of the electric was working. They were irritated and rude about by our predicament. We begged them to help us figure out what had gone wrong as our RV was going to be our accommodations for Christmas. We were told they could have it ready in 24 hours on Monday. We called everyday and they would say tomorrow. We tried to be patient and we believed them. The day before Christmas Eve they just said sorry it won’t be done (service is constantly overwhelmed). We were six hours away from home at Christmas with 3 dogs and nowhere to stay, and they couldn’t have cared less. We lost a weeks worth of paid RV spots, and then had to find a last minute hotel that takes 3 dogs during a pandemic. We considered going back home, but my entire family was upset at the prospect. Their callus cruelty and lies hurt my entire extended family. We could not even drive it off the lot because no electrical was working. When I get my RV functional, I am going to move it and never do business with these horrible people again. I suggest you stay away from this company because they just don’t care about anything but making new sales. I have never been treated so rudely by any company in my life. It is not worth sacrificing your mental health by doing business with this horrible company. There are many other places in the area that sell RV’s without adding a complete lack of human compassion. Hey don’t deserve your business, and I regret making such a big purchase from such awful people.

Provided by YP.comThere are three parts to this review.... Sales, Service and Consignment.
SALES - The sales experience was fine. Our salesman did a good job and always followed up with us when we had questions. I wish the other departments were like this, but they are not. Many reviews online are good but refer specifically to the sales aspect of dealing with Camper Clinic II. We also felt positive in the beginning of our relationship with this dealer, but this quickly changed.
SERVICE - The service department is terrible. When you take your RV in for service it will likely sit in their dusty parking lot up to a month before they even look at it. You might get estimates on when it could be fixed but our experience was they are not accurate. We purchased a brand new 2021 Airstream Classic from Camper Clinic II and have had to cut trips short and cancel scheduled trips due to constant problems with the RV and horrible service. And good luck getting anyone to return your calls or provide updates. Nobody is assigned to your RV when you drop it off and they have no idea when they'll get to it. And there is no concern for any inconvenience it may cause you - they will just say, "yes, we are running behind schedule right now." And in the end, after constant problems with a new, expensive RV and not being able to keep scheduled trips because of never knowing how long our Airstream could be in their service department, we decided to sell our Airstream and find other ways to travel. We quickly found it just wasn't worth all the problems that come with this dealer.
CONSIGNMENT - So, we agreed to let them sell our Airstream through their consignment program. Huge mistake! They would not honor their own contract which clearly states we would have our money within 14 days from the selling and funding of the new deal. They refused to pay us our money (tens of thousands of dollars) due to some corporate policy, not mentioned anywhere in the contract, about them needing to have the title in hand before they would pay us our proceeds. All funding was complete, our loan paid off, our RV was with the new owners, Camper Clinic has the full proceeds from the sale and we were expected to wait 4-6 weeks on title work (their bank was backed up this long on getting title work processed - I talked to them 3 times.) We had to consult with an attorney as they were past the 14 day period on the contract. Finally, after multiple calls to their corporate office in Florida and with the assistance of a sales mgr. at CC2, we got them to agree to waive their unwritten title policy and cut us a check, which then took them almost another week to actually do. But I know if we had not been so proactive in talking to their corporate office and having to potentially involve an attorney, we would have been waiting 4-6 weeks to get our money and they could not care less that you seem upset about this.
All of this just speaks to the character of this dealership and how they treat customers AFTER the sale, and also how they conduct business. We have done consignment deals with other dealers in selling previous RVs we owned and it was fast, simple and uncomplicated. We had to fight this company to get the money we were owed. It was ridiculous. The "we will do the right thing by our customers" mentality does not exist at Camper Clinic II. Basically, we just found that there is no level of trust with these people and that's a bad position to be in when you have to rely on them to fix the RV you bought from them. They will tell you things they cannot do, they will agree on terms they will later not honor and they have no problem with treating their customers in this manner. And it seems to exist from their corporate office in Florida directly down to the dealer. If I were buying another Airstream (which I probably would not), I would drive to another state before considering this dealer.
