If you order wood flooring from Home Depot, you will probably be stuck with these guys as your installers. They are horrible. They will try to force you to pay for leveling and possibly other charges. After arguing with their home office, I got them to drop this charge, then they didn't show up. I called repeatedly and they sent a new crew out who completely botched the job. They used way too much adhesive, and it seeped up, drying on the surface and destroying the new finish of the the floor. They then tried to pass this off as "normal" and left.
