Booked on the phone without issues. Holiday Weekend and all honorable hotels were full, so I reserved a room for 2 nights.

I ended up getting stuck on another project and was going to be a day late, so I called to let them know.

The front desk answered and laid the phone down on the counter without ever saying a word. I remained on hold for 5 full minutes before hanging up and calling back. No answer. Tried calling back 4 more times, no answer.

I arrived a day later and checked in. No issues or problems. I did notice that this hotel was a $50 a night hotel at best. Wallpaper torn, stained carpet and bathroom barely functional.

While reconciling my credit card, I notice that I was charged for two nights, when I only stayed one. When I called and questioned the charge, I was told that I didn't cancel 72 hours prior to my stay. How many people know they're not going to make it 3 days before hand?

Total waste of time to talk to them. Because they are in business does NOT mean they are business people.

CLEARLY OUT TO HOOK, CROOK OR CHEAT.

I plan to spread the word on every site, every page and to every person that will listen.
