Salesman comes to your door and tell you that they treat your front and back yard for a reasonable fee. You agree and sign a receipt. If you are not careful, what your are signing is a contract and you are not aware. And they won't tell you. Oh by the way, there is a $150 cancellation fee.

Second, they are scheduled to come to our house but they didn't show up. However they sent us a receipt for a service for $70 with a guy's picture who serviced us. We waited all day. Nobody showed up. When we call them, they were extremely unprofessional and treated us like we're lying to them.

Third, their pest service is horrible. Not effective... Bugs are all around our front and back yard as if nothing has happened.

Be aware, not an ethical business and in addition, their service is well below average you expect from any pest control service.

The left hand doesn't talk to the right hand. Very disorganized and unreliable service. They don't call back when to let you know they are running 5 hours late.

One of the biggest reasons I can say this company excels is due to their integrity. I have been very impressed with them and their dedication to the pest control industry. In any organization it starts with the leadership. The owner is a honest man and works hard to maintain an amazing rapport with customers. This company does amazing things!

The route manager that stopped by, gave me a really good deal that covered my whole house, interior and exterior. Even 45feet away from my HOUSE🏡!!!!!
The Tech(Justin) was very thorough by explaining the service and taking care of my yard. Definitely going to keep this Local company for years to come!!

Great local company that does more additional services thank other companies are willing to do. Most definitely the best service out here and the most bang for your buck! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a quality service and a friendly staff.

Bad company to do business with. A salesman came to my door and I signed a contract without reading the terrible reviews first. They sprayed some chemical that same day on my thriving St Augustine sod that I had installed just 5 months earlier. It rained that night and the next morning all the new sod had turned brown and never recovered and I will have to pay another $3,000 to restore my lawn. Management has denied all liability.

Their Service don't work

I let them go because their service don't work . They keep send me emails to came to my house and treat and treat it. They are a waste of time and money . I will never use them or recommend them to anyone .

Horrible business practices!!!

Once they pull you in, you are stuck! The service men are nice, but the management is terrible. Poor bookkeeping. Poor response to phone calls. Outright lies from sales personnel. I will have toget a lawyer to get them to justify their records--whuch are soo wrong.

I was told by 2 techs that they would either return or have

the office call me on 2 different issues. Each time I never

Do not hire! Watch out! These folks are just the worst. They will do anything for a buck, including letting lying salespeople come to your door. My husband and me signed up for their services because the guy told us it would be $70 for the whole treatment. What he didn't say was that there were 5 of those treatments and EACH ONE is $70. We ended up signing a contract and they would let us out of it without us paying $150. We are reporting them too! Keep clear of these folks!

***WARNING*** Watch out for these guys! They are dishonest. I am about to report them to the better business bureau and/or any organization that oversees companies and that will hear me. When I signed up for White Knight, their traveling salesman came by my door, woke up my baby, and then proceeded to explain that I would pay a one-time $70 fee and get 5 services. It actually sounded great, as we'd had a few ants, and so I signed the contract. I paid the $70 on the spot. This was in December. January rolled around and I received a phone call from them telling me that my bill was overdue. In my new mom haze, I assumed that perhaps I had not paid the first time around, and so I gave them my card and thought, that's it. I never received a receipt for ANY of those payments. February rolled around and same exact thing happened. I told them that I had definitely paid the fee and then the lady on the phone told me it was $70 PER TREATMENT, unlike what the salesman had told me. I got very angry on the phone (we are military, I am a new mom, and I felt like they had swindled us) and told her about the salesman being dishonest. She admitted to me that they had actually fired the salesman, but she said that to cancel service would be $150. So, she basically, ADMITTED to me that their salesman was no longer working for them (I'm assuming he did the same to others) but wouldn't lift the cancellation fee. I paid the $70 over the phone and demanded that they send me all of the receipts for my payments. Yesterday, I received a bill in the mail which still said I owed the $70 for February and charged me $150 for cancellation and a $10 late fee (I assume they must have sent me another bill earlier, but I never got it). So now, I'm looking at $250 something dollars for just getting rid of them. In addition, I ended up paying every bill late since I thought, every time, that I was still paying that first bill (and couldn't imagine it was $70 PER SERVICE). I'm going to pay everything off now because I am desperate to NEVER have to deal with them again. Save yourself the trouble. They are penny hungry and their customer service is non-existent. An absolute dreadful experience. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Stay away! Sales rep told sold...

Stay away! Sales rep told sold us good, making promises that were never even closely touched. Canceled early and had to pay a fee although the rep told us we would not have to. The "customer service" told us they have our initials on the contract, and would have to pay a fee or let the service run out. Would rather pay to cancel than keep tons of bugs, ants, spiders, and scorpions around the house. Do not use this company, you are better off investing at the local Home Depot and do it yourself. We went back the Green Pest, they did a much better job and are locally owned.

White Knight Pest Control uses...

White Knight Pest Control uses unscrupulous methods to get you to continue their service and they will use any means at their disposal to get a payment even though you are not happy with their service. Don't be fooled into signing anything unless you are totally explained what you are getting yourself into. I hope all residences they approach will take heed of this company and slam the door in their face before becoming a victim of their business services which are less than par to begin with..
