Incompetent is a word that comes to my mind. We tried them because Buellton is more convenient for us. My turn signal switch failed and needed replacement. Set up appt. They ordered the wrong part. Next visit they installed a part but when I made the first turn out of their parking lot the signal wouldn't shut off. They blamed MB for sending this wrong part. Not sure who they blame for installing it and not checking to see if it worked! Oh and they also set my steering wheel up high, so when I moved it back into position it wouldn't lock. They said "parts wear out" and charged me $300 to fix it! I'll give them a shred of a doubt on that but it seemed way to coincidental that they worked on the steering column and my steering column lock failed. What do you think? We're going back to Rizzoli's in Santa Maria who have always been honest and do quality work.
