Hands down Taco Roco offers the best mexican food this side of the border! I stumbled upon this place late in the evening near their closing time only to find that they had the best mexican food ever! We happaned to be camping nearby and when I returned from Taco Roco with some food, everyone in our party was very impressed. We actually went back the next day for lunch and the day after that for breakfast. Yes I said mexican food for breakfast...Ellen's was jam packed so we figured we'd give Taco Roco a try for a morning meal and to my surprise again their breakfast menu was fantastic, I had eggs (sunny side up) with bacon (crispy...just the way I like it). I highley reccommend this place to anyone who enjoys good mexican food.
