my husband and I went throught the drive thru to grab some dinner for us and my mom. the lady that came on the speaker was rude and very impatient. we knew what we wanted so it wasnt like we were taking up her precious time. she was very short with us. when we got to the window she blurted out our total barely audible and shoved our changed back at us. 15 mins later we recieved our food and she said everythings in the bag and shut the window. we drove to my moms and come to find out she gipped us of our fried zucchini sticks. so instead of enjoying a quick dinner with my mom my husband had to drive all the way back to get our missing zucchini and speak with the manager about the rude service we had just recieved.
food is great dont get me wrong.. but if you dont want give friendly customer service or even a smile to the general public then you shouldnt be working at a fast food place.
