IMP will only design within your budget, this allows us to fast track your project on specified items only, without wasted spending and wasted time. • Provides a conceptual interior design direction along with renderings, elevation studies and complete detailed documentation for construction, design methods to include Millwork details, floor plans, ceiling plans etc. We will secure itemized proposals for your budgetary review as part of our project management services. IMP works closely with local vendors and manufactures to secure the best price for fixtures, delivery for site installations. • Provides on-site project supervision to assure quality workmanship and address all outstanding site related design issues, that will ensure a smooth running and combined co-ordinated team effort during construction. • Submit comprehensive Kitchen/Foodservice design layouts. This will include equipment schedules for the health plan check program for compliance that will ensure passage through the various City agencies. IMP works closely with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Manufacturer’s to design quality items and fabricate millwork fixtures for the best available cost. This system allows us to be creative in today’s market and offers your total job convenience. We will consult with you free of charge, allow us to present a proposal on your next project, also our experienced engineering associates are local and often save our clients in design cost.
