The worst medical uniform place I've ever been to. I called on a Thursday looking for OR surgical caps. I've been calling around all day looking for them. The lady who answered the phone barely spoke/understood English. I asked her 4 times if they carried/sold surgical caps to which she replied "yes we do all kind of color". I asked her one last time before I hung up and she reassured me they carried them. The next day I drove down there (I live about 45 minutes away). When i showed up and asked the lady at the desk where the surgical caps were, she replied "Oh we don't carry those here" I asked her again and told her that the person I spoke with less than 48 hours before that assured me they had them. She again told me me they don't sell them and "to try online" Ill never go back to that place nor recommend them to anyone. If you don't have a grip on the English language and or KNOW what you sell then you have no business running a retail store.
