Just waste my time. I had appointment for cleaning at 9:30. (They told me my insurance covered cleaning) Doctor checked me at 10:30. After taking a lot of x-ray ( they got X-ray wrong and repeat it some time- stuff couldnt even get X-ray) they told me cleaning is not covered and I have to pay 110$. Worst experience and wasting time.

This place is a total SCAM. I use Cal Optima/Dentical and after waiting in the office for an hour I was placed in dentists chair for over an hour only to be told that the dentist was going home for the day and I would have to reschedule...Further, they refused to do my cleaning as guaranteed by Cal Optima they said I would need a "deep cleaning" which would cost me out of pocket! BEWARE ALL DENTICAL. CAL OPTIMA, AND MEDICAL PATIENTS...THIS PLACE WANTS TO SCAM YOU FOR BIG MONEY...I have already filed complaints with Cal Optimal, Dentical, and a formal complaint with the AMA...I am looking to sanction this corrupt organization!!!

With all honesty there is no professionalism here, the lack of organization definatly effects the flow of their business. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, signed in and waited for an hour and 32 mins to be called back. Would definatly search around for a honest and more affordable dentist to perform your procedures.

This dental and ortho place will constantly add more charges that are not needed. I have great insurance for my son but for some reason they still want to charge a lot for work. My son started braces a year ago and they still haven't completed his set. They also lost a payment and after proving to them I paid they are still trying to charge me. The girls are very unprofessional and seem very inexperienced. Would NEVER recommend this place.
